About Us

 Delight Eats was founded by Nihaal’s father with a mission to support his son, who has autism, by providing valuable work experience to help him prepare for the real world. Nihaal, a dedicated and hardworking barista, makes and delivers smoothies in his community every morning. Inspired by the positive impact of this experience, Nihaal’s father expanded this opportunity, creating a supportive environment where the neurodiverse community can work and thrive together.

Our mission is to prioritize employment for individuals on the autism spectrum, offering a workplace that values their unique strengths, talents, and needs. Through job training, Delight Eats not only gives back to the autism community but also serves the neighborhood by delivering fresh, healthy smoothies and fruit platters. This initiative is dedicated to fostering an inclusive space where people with special needs can connect, grow, and take pride in meaningful work.
